+Go to the login page [[https://db.yloroster.com/|here]].
+Click on **Lost your password?**
+Enter your **Username or Email Address** then click on **Get New Password** [your //Username// is your name, ie. Jane Smith].
+You will receive an email with the subject **[YLO] Password Reset**.
+Click on the link within the email, enter your new password and click on **Save Password**.
+On the page that appears, click on **Log in**.
+Enter your **Username or Email Address** and new **Password** then click on **Log In**.
+Check your phone for a message then enter the six digit code in the **Enter OTP Code** field and click on **Verify Code**.
+You will then be logged in.
